Snapshot Loading & Account Migration

Loading a snapshot is one click. Making the account work afterwards, without messaging a live list, is the job.

What you get back

  • A pre-load conflict report on the destination account, delivered before anything is touched
  • The snapshot loaded with message-sending components held back
  • Trigger links, form redirects, calendar embeds and webhook URLs re-pointed
  • Configurable values mapped and populated rather than left raw
  • A recorded test pass on every component
  • A written list of anything the snapshot could not carry across
  1. How it runs

  2. 01

    Pre-load conflict report

We inspect the destination and list what will collide: duplicate names, existing pipelines with the same stages, calendars that will double-book, tags that mean different things in each account.

  3. 02

    Staged load

The snapshot goes in with anything that can message a contact unpublished, so the install itself cannot enrol a live list.

  4. 03

    Re-pointing

Every URL the snapshot carries is updated to the destination account. This is the step that silently breaks self-serve installs.

  5. 04

    Value mapping

Configurable values are populated from your brief. Anything we cannot answer is flagged, not guessed.

  6. 05

    Test and publish

Full test pass on a controlled contact, then components published in dependency order and the account handed back.

The click is not the work

What breaks after a snapshot load is always the same short list: trigger links still pointing at the source account, calendars embedded from the old sub-account, values left as placeholders that then appear in real messages, and components published in the wrong order that message a live contact list during the install.

This service is that list, handled deliberately.

The conflict report comes first

Before anything is loaded we look at the destination and write down what is going to collide. Two components that will both answer an inbound SMS. A tag that means “customer” in one account and “unsubscribed” in the other. A calendar that shares availability with a real person’s diary.

You get that report before we touch anything, and sometimes it changes the plan. Finding out first is the entire point.

Migrations lose things, and we list them

Moving an account between agencies is a different job to a fresh install. Conversation history, certain integrations, some account settings and any connected third-party authentication stay behind. We write down what did not travel so nobody discovers it three weeks later.

Before you load anything

If the destination is already crowded and contradictory, loading a good snapshot into it produces a bigger contradictory account. In that situation a clean sub-account setup with a data migration is usually cheaper than untangling, and we will tell you if we think so.

Reviews

Reviews of this service

These are sample entries. SubaccountKit is new, so rather than invent testimonials we are showing clearly-labelled placeholders while the deck waits for real customers. Nothing here is published as review or rating markup either — search engines see no ratings from this site until the words are real.

This is a preview card so the review deck can be styled and tested before real feedback exists. The kit went into a fresh sub-account, the load sheet listed every custom value in order, and the build was finished before lunch.

Placeholder copy standing in for a real review. The point being illustrated here is the follow-up ladder stopping the moment someone books, which is the thing most sequences get wrong.

A preview entry, not a customer quote. It exists so the deck renders with a realistic length of text and the shuffle animation can be judged honestly before launch.

Sample text. Deliberately four stars rather than five, so the star row is tested at more than one value and the layout is proven before real reviews arrive.

Another preview card. Real reviews will replace every entry in this file, and the same change that swaps them in also switches the review structured data on.

Questions

Yes, and this is exactly when the conflict report earns its money. If the risk is high we will recommend building clean and migrating instead, and say why.

Yes. Snapshots deliberately do not carry everything — conversation history, some integrations and certain settings stay behind — so the deliverable includes a written list of what did not travel.

No. Ours, yours, or one you bought elsewhere. We do not need to have built it, though we will tell you honestly what we find inside it.
