This is a preview card so the review deck can be styled and tested before real feedback exists. The kit went into a fresh sub-account, the load sheet listed every custom value in order, and the build was finished before lunch.
Review Engine Setup & Reputation Recovery
Two components, configured properly: the ask that fires at the right moment, and the engine that keeps it running afterwards.
What you get back
- Completion triggers wired to the events that actually mean the work is finished
- A satisfaction gate configured to the platform policies that apply to your client
- Google, Facebook and a third platform routed from a single source of truth
- A follow-up cadence tuned to the business's volume, so regulars are not over-asked
- An internal escalation path for unhappy answers, tested end to end
- A recovery plan where an existing profile has damage to work through
How it runs
- 01
Completion audit
We find the events in the account that genuinely mean work is finished — a job closed, an appointment attended, an invoice paid — and pick the one that fires at the right moment for this business.
- 02
Gate configuration
The satisfaction question and its routing are set up, including where an unhappy answer goes and who is alerted. This is the step that decides whether the system helps or embarrasses.
- 03
Platform routing
Google, Facebook and a third platform are wired from one place, so a profile change is one edit rather than six.
- 04
Cadence tuning
Request frequency is matched to visit frequency, so a fortnightly customer is not asked twenty-six times a year.
- 05
Recovery plan
Where a profile already has damage, you get a written plan for working through it — what to respond to, in what order, and what will simply take time.
The ask is a timing problem
Almost every business that struggles to collect reviews is asking at the wrong moment, or asking inconsistently, or asking through a link that stopped working four months ago. This service fixes the timing first, because no amount of message rewriting compensates for asking eleven days late.
Two components, two jobs
Review harvesting is the capture: the completion trigger, the satisfaction question, the clean route to a public link. Review automation is the engine: the follow-up cadence, the platform rotation, the reporting. They are configured separately because they fail in different ways.
The unhappy answer
The single most valuable ninety seconds in this system is the gap between a customer being dissatisfied and them writing about it publicly. The escalation path is configured and tested, so a poor answer reaches a person with the context attached.
Recovering a damaged profile
Where there is existing damage you get a written plan rather than a promise. What to respond to, in what order, what will resolve with volume, and what will simply take time. Nobody can remove a legitimate review, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something else.

If the account also needs the receptionist and booking components configured before reviews can work at all, that is sub-account setup and go-live.

Reviews of this service
These are sample entries. SubaccountKit is new, so rather than invent testimonials we are showing clearly-labelled placeholders while the deck waits for real customers. Nothing here is published as review or rating markup either — search engines see no ratings from this site until the words are real.
Placeholder copy standing in for a real review. The point being illustrated here is the follow-up ladder stopping the moment someone books, which is the thing most sequences get wrong.
A preview entry, not a customer quote. It exists so the deck renders with a realistic length of text and the shuffle animation can be judged honestly before launch.
Sample text. Deliberately four stars rather than five, so the star row is tested at more than one value and the layout is proven before real reviews arrive.
Another preview card. Real reviews will replace every entry in this file, and the same change that swaps them in also switches the review structured data on.
Questions
The configuration includes the automated reply behaviour for positive reviews and the escalation path for negative ones. Responses to serious complaints should come from a person who can actually resolve them, and we will say so.
Asking a satisfaction question before routing is common practice, but review platforms set their own policies and change them. We configure the gate to align with the terms that apply to your client and tell you plainly where the line is.
The system is designed to a five to ten reviews a month target for an active local business. That is the product team's design goal, not a measurement, and the real number depends on how many customers you actually complete work for.
